Those cold leads are GOLD! Don’t give up on them!
I have been sending information to
some of my cold leads for years, like lots of years! And believe it or
not, eventually, some reach out to me, ready to do business. Yes, cold
leads go into another category in your CSM, but keep them active until
they tell you, ‘no way, no how!’ And they say that THREE
times!
