a.      Confidence – belief in self and abilities

b.     Challenge – embrace change and new opportunities

c.      Control – where you have the power to shape destiny

d.     Commitment – set goals and work towards achieving them

a.      Not a perfectionist

b.     Has work-life balance

c.      Not distracted

d.     Empathetic

e.      Understanding their Strengths and Weaknesses

f.        Self-motivated

g.      Sets Hard Boundaries

5.      Learn from the past, but don’t harp on it

6.      Even Keel. Calm and Cool in challenging situations.
